La Recoleta Cultural Center- back view. The former cloisters and internal patios of the Franciscan monks have been converted into a dynamic cultural center with exhibits, performances, and workshops. Centre culturel de Recoleta- vue arriere. Ces anciens cloƮtres and jardins interieurs de l'epoque des moines Franciscains ont ete converti en un centre culturel dynamique presentant des expos, representations et ateliers.

I am always amazed at the colours you bring out from your city. First a coca-cola bottle that is really unique, then this wonderfully painted church. Your photos and captions get better every day! I'm smiling for you here in Paris!

Great colors again! It's great thet they turned the cloister into a community and cultural center. We have a monastery like that here in the Rheingau as well. Even though it's a bit outside in a valley, it still attracts a lot of people.

Nicola- I love those historic places. Here in Buenos Aires, it seems that they transform most of them in cultural, exhibits centers. Which is great I think, as far as they preserve their "original state" the best they can.
