Meat in Argentina is good but really good !!! When invited to an Asado (bbq) or eat at a Parilla (bbq restaurant), one has to have his/her stomach empty and ready to ingurgitate (in a nice way) the amount of grilled meat that you will be served. It usually consists of 5 different selected meats among: Tenderloin, Pork Sausage, Ribs, Pork Loin & Beef Short ribs, liver, kidneys. Some lemon on the side with some vegetables, rice, sweet potatoes or anything you will order, the asado is one of the best culinary experience in the country.

I can still remember how tasty the asado is in Argentina and Uruguay. I had that over 12 years ago, and mouth waters just thinking about it.
