You may have seen them in your cities. Yesterday, while walking in Puerto Madero, the port of Buenos Aires, we saw so many of them lined up along the banks. This is Cows Parade Buenos Aires 2006, exhibition that has 120 natural size fiber glass cows on which the artists, painted and modeled, their artistic projects. This international movement has been made in the main cities of the world, among them Zurich, Prague, Brussels, New York, Chicago, Stockholm, Tokyo and Sydney, where the multicolored herds made by different artists have appeared.

We had a huge show of them here in Kansas City. This city was known in the past for being a huge meat market. If I get a chance Ill find one of them here and get a shot.

Lorethian -- Please post one of those if you find one :)

Cynthia -- You should go there. The exhibit is there until June 16th, something like that.

Tango -- Why would that cause that much controversy ?

Dragão-Fyre -- Puerto Madero is a one of the latest renovated area of Buenos Aires. When the sun's there, it is a cool spot to walk, spend time in a cafe outside. I do like it a lot.

Denton -- Thank you :)

Anne- - I've seen yours. Liked the color they gave it ;)

Grant F, Sam -- This is beautiful ar work (to me) but a bit surrealistic. Especially when you see the entire port surrounded by multicolores cows, all looking funky. I did like it a lot though :)

Funny cow! In Berlin they had (have) the same with bears since the bear is the emblem of Berlin (don't ask me why).
